According to the bill (Reg. No2024), "public presentation or spread of symbols, elements, printed or audio materials on Nazism without its damnation are punished by the penalty at the rate from 20 to 100 tax-exempt minimum with confiscation of the indicated symbols, attributes or materials."
The Bill also implements that production, replication, sale or purchase with the aim of selling of symbols, elements, printed or audio materials on Nazism that contains its appreciation are punished by the penalty at the rate from 100 to 200 tax-exempt minimum with confiscation of the indicated symbols, attributes or materials.
